My name is Kurt Gardiner and I am orginally from Upstate NY. I moved down to the NYC Metro area in 1994 and then moved to Hoboken in 2003 as a renter. I bought a Condo in 2005 in midtown that had to be gut renovated and moved in to my new home in June 2006. I have been active in watching the Hoboken political scene since I moved here.
